There is the main body of the paper, which is where the main points of the paper are established. In most cases, this is also known as the thesis statement. Next, there are the supporting statements, which provide the main evidence that the main points have been established.Now, the main body of the paper, or the thesis statement is where most of the information is set forth. This is the part of the paper that will help you establish a foundat ion for the rest of the paper. When you learn how to do a college essay, you will also learn how to work with the argument of the essay.The first paragraph of the main body will provide the entire argument that the paper is based on. The essay should not end in a question, but it should lead to one. The supporting statements will provide evidence to support the main body, but they should not be the sole reason for the supporting statements. Supporting statements should be supporting the main body, but they should not be the only thing that is supporting the main body.Once the supporting statements are included, you need to write down what you believe is the main point of the essay. This can be something that is related to the supporting statements, or it can be a different point altogether.
